ManpowerGroup is seeking a Data Center / Facilities Technician in Hartland, WI to support facility maintenance and critical operations.

You will perform routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems in data center environments, follow safety protocols, manage work orders, and assist with operational projects. The role may offer overtime and potential for long-term placement.

Competenze

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs safely and work at heights up to 30 feet.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work diverse shifts, including weekends and overtime.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable following detailed procedures and learning new technical skills.

Our client, a leader in critical infrastructure support, is seeking a Data Center Technician to join their team. As a Data Center Technician, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting facility maintenance and technical operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Center / Facilities Technician

Location: Hartland, WI

Pay Range: $30/hr.
