Job Description

The Facilities Technician helps provide a great guest experience by keeping our arcade games, bowling equipment, and facility systems operating safely and reliably.

The primary focus of this position is troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining arcade games and bowling equipment, while also assisting with general facility maintenance as needed. We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys figuring out how things work, and is willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on arcade games and entertainment equipment.
• Troubleshoot and maintain bowling lanes, pinsetters, ball returns, and scoring systems.
• Diagnose basic mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment issues.
• Respond quickly to equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Set up and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment for events as needed.
• Assist with basic facility maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and other general maintenance needs.
• Maintain basic records of repairs, maintenance, and parts used.
• Work closely with the Operations team to support a safe and positive guest experience.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical or technical aptitude with an interest in troubleshooting and repair.
• Comfortable working with machines, electronics, games, or mechanical equipment.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals, diagrams, and instructions.
• Previous experience with mechanical, electrical, electronics, automotive, appliance, arcade, bowling, or similar equipment is a plus, but not required.
• Dependable, organized, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends, with increased hours during peak times.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and work in confined spaces or at heights as needed.
• Ability to work in an environment with flashing lights, loud noise, and repetitive motion.
