Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform general maintenance across store locations in the Salt Lake City area. You will start your day from home and travel to sites as needed, performing repairs and upkeep as described.

Responsibilities include maintaining tanning booths and related equipment, basic carpentry and painting, and coordinating with store staff and vendors. A valid driving record and ability to lift 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in maintenance and construction required.
• Basic understanding of building maintenance systems.
• Excellent driving record (driving record check required).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Outstanding customer service skills.

Position Overview

Palm Beach Tan, the leader of indoor tanning with over 600 locations nationwide, is looking for a Facilities Technician in the Salt Lake City area.

Responsibilities

• Providing general maintenance to store locations throughout the above mentioned area
• Repairing general items such as minor plumbing, light ballasts, door knobs, etc
• Maintaining tanning booths and UV free spray booths (training provided)
• General carpentry including sheetrock repair, painting
• Working with store operations staff; communicating with store management and vendors

Qualifications

• Excellent driving record (driving record check required)
