Southeast New Mexico College in Carlsbad, NM is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform multi‑craft maintenance across electrical, plumbing, grounds, carpentry, and related tasks. The role supports day‑to‑day operations under the Director of Facilities, coordinating with a team to keep campus facilities safe and functional.
Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience; equivalency is considered.

Under general supervision of the Director of Facilities the Facilities Technician will perform multi‑craft functions for the college. Functions may include non‑technical electrical, plumbing, grounds, carpentry, locksmith, custodial, and painting; provides day‑to‑day coordination, teamwork, and leadership to other employees performing similar work.
