Job summary

Fluidstack in Buffalo, NY operates a nationwide data center footprint and seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will work from detailed work orders, document findings, and coordinate with vendors during maintenance windows to keep critical facilities running.

The ideal candidate has experience with commercial/industrial MEP systems, strong safety practices, and flexibility for night/weekend

Qualifications

• Maintenance of commercial/industrial MEP systems.

Role Scope

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across the site.
• Support facility operators during switching, maintenance windows, and vendor work.
• Close every work order with parts, time, and findings recorded so the maintenance system stays accurate.
• Maintain the building fabric so the site stays inspection‑ready at all times.

What We're Looking For

• You've maintained commercial or industrial MEP systems hands‑on.
• You work from work orders and close them with real documentation.
• You follow safety procedure around live equipment without being watched.
• You're reliable on shift work, including nights and weekends.
• Bonus: HVAC or electrical license.
