Your day as a Facilities Technician begins at a central hub before heading into the field, where you take on a variety of maintenance and repair challenges across commercial properties. Whether you're welding a custom fix, installing tile, repairing sheetrock, or completing paint and patch work, you approach each task with precision and professionalism. You work independently, managing your assignments efficiently while ensuring every detail meets high standards. When larger projects arise, you collaborate with other skilled trades to execute complex repairs seamlessly. Throughout it all, you provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and reinforcing the company's reputation for quality.
This full-time role operates predominately in the evening and nightshift, with on-call responsibilities and overtime opportunities available.
