Qualifications

• Graduate of trade school or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Other equivalent combination of education or experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and facility structures.
• Repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and boiler systems and fix faulty components.
• Perform daily checks on specialized equipment (nurse call systems, medical gas outlets, TVs, patient transport gear).
• Manage receipt, distribution, and relocation of facility materials and equipment between storage and active areas.
• Follow PPE protocols and safety checks to comply with codes.
