About the Role:
Are you a recent engineering graduate who enjoys solving technical problems and wants to gain hands‑on experience with complex building systems? As a Facilities Systems Engineer I, you’ll play an important role in helping support the critical infrastructure that keeps our hospital and multi-building campus operating around the clock.
This is an entry‑level, full‑time opportunity designed for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long‑term career in facilities engineering. Through a structured training program, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals while gaining practical experience with the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, steam, and chilled water systems that support patient care, research, and daily operations across our campus.
Over approximately 12 to 18 months, you’ll participate in guided classroom and field‑based training designed to prepare you for advancement into a Facilities Systems Engineer II role with increasing responsibility and independence.
The starting annual salary for this position is $72,429 and this can include a full comprehensive benefits package.
