A leading technical solutions provider in Guayama, Puerto Rico is seeking an experienced individual to oversee utility operations. This role involves direct supervision of operators and mechanics, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and fostering strong customer relationships. Candidates should possess a degree in Science or Engineering along with substantial experience in the regulated industry. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least five years in plant utilities operations within regulated industries.
• Three years of experience leading teams.
• Good working knowledge of utilities and facilities equipment.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision and coordination of utilities operators and mechanics.
• Ensure compliance with operational activities and safety procedures.
• Provide technical support to ensure project requirements are met.
