Job summary

Justice Grown is seeking a hands-on Facilities Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across cultivation, manufacturing, and retail facilities. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, perform hands-on work, and ensure safety and reliability of building systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school education preferred.
• 3–5 years of industrial, facilities, or building maintenance experience, preferably in cannabis, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food production, or another regulated industry.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a maintenance environment preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, boiler, and building systems.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and equipment drawings.
• Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe maintenance practices.
• Boiler Maker Certification required. Candidates who do not currently possess the certification must obtain it within a timeframe set by the Company.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between company facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on maintenance and supervise technicians while actively participating in daily maintenance activities.
• Perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on facility equipment, building systems, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and support facility upgrades, renovations, and capital improvement projects.
• Monitor maintenance inventory and coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Promote and enforce safe work practices while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and cannabis regulations.
• Travel between Justice Grown facilities as needed to support maintenance operations.
