Job summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a Facilities Supervisor for the Postcard Cabins Eastern Catskills in Catskill, NY. You will oversee maintenance tasks across cabins and common areas, perform preventative maintenance, repair fixtures and systems, and ensure a safe, comfortable guest experience.

The role requires 1–5 years in maintenance, a high school diploma (technical school preferred), and hands-on skills with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; technical school degree preferred.
• One to five years in maintenance required.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising facilities staff and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Maintain outpost equipment and systems including life safety, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
• Handle maintenance requests promptly with logging and follow-up.
• Perform preventative maintenance across front and back of house and grounds.
• Repair or replace bathroom fixtures, windows, mirrors, and furniture.
• Troubleshoot heating/ventilation/air conditioning systems and laundry equipment.
• Use power and hand tools safely to complete tasks.
• Maintain common areas and exterior of buildings.
