As a Facilities Supervisor, you will work under the general direction of the Facilities Manager to lead and coach our maintenance workforce. You will administer union agreements, ensure safe and efficient work practices, and provide expert equipment maintenance. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring equipment availability for plant operations and championing proactive maintenance programs.
Works under the general direction of the Facilities Manager to direct and coach the maintenance workforce, administer the provisions of the union agreement/contract, ensure work is accomplished in a safe and efficient manner, provide equipment maintenance expertise, and ensure equipment is available for plant operations. Ensures that the workforce is available for scheduled work, that job plans are efficient and effective, and that scheduling is accurate and communicated to the workforce and operations/customers. Champions proactive maintenance, works to minimize reactive maintenance, and implements preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Utilizes the computerized maintenance management system to manage work and ensure that data collected by hourly colleagues is accurate and complete.

Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including the background, education, training, and experience required, as well as geographical considerations such as cost of labor, and applicable local and state laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $76,000- $114,000 annually. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Bonus, gainshare, and/or equity may be eligible for this position.
