Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Facilities Supervisor for a leading healthcare organization in New Jersey. The Facilities Supervisor will lead a skilled maintenance team, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory standards.

This role provides oversight of facility operations across critical building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler plant, and infrastructure equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in Facilities.
• 5+ years Facilities experience in Healthcare facilities.
• Experience overseeing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler plant, and infrastructure systems.
• Knowledge of CMS, TJC, NFPA, NJDOH, NJDEP regulatory standards.
• Experience managing CMMS documentation and work orders; vendor/contractor management.
• OSHA-10 Certification.

They will be a strong facilities leader with healthcare experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively balance operational reliability, compliance, safety, and team development.

Skills and Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience within a Facilities Department
• Minimum 5 years of Facilities experience in a Healthcare Facilities environment
• Experience overseeing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler plant, and building infrastructure systems
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance standards including CMS, TJC, NFPA, NJDOH, and NJDEP
• Experience managing CMMS documentation and work order systemsVendor and contractor management experience
• Associate Degree-OSHA-10 Certification
