Sodexo at NCH North Naples Hospital is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead on-site operations with a hands-on, safety‑minded approach. You’ll oversee a team of service staff, coordinate with management, and ensure smooth facilities activities across clinical and non-clinical areas.

The role requires reliability, adaptability, and at least one year of related experience, with supervisory responsibility preferred. Shifts are open and include any schedule, reflecting hospital operations.

Formación

• 1+ years of related work experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to supervise and coordinate 3–10 employees on site.
• Open availability for any shift as required by hospital operations.

Facilities Supervisor

Workdays/shifts : ANY SHIFT (OPEN AVAILABILITY). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $18 per hour - $21 per hour

What You'll Do:

As a Facilities Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You may work in any type of facilities location on client premises.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide supervision at the direction of management on site to coordinate activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in facilities operations or services at either larger complex facilities or locations in the areas of commercial, health care, schools, universities or other establishments.
• Coordinate and support, at the direction of management, key functions and between 3 and 10 employees during the normal course of business.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
