Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in building troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of supplies, equipment, and technology for daily operations.
• Lead vendors through audits and projects; obtain quotes and make decisions.
• Manage maintenance, safety and quality assurance per Centria standards.
• Coordinate relocation, assembly/disassembly of furniture and equipment.
• Monitor KPIs; prepare leadership reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
