Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to support construction, drywall and carpentry projects. You will work both independently and with a team to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and maintain facilities with safety at the forefront.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year in general maintenance, with overtime as needed. Comprehensive benefits are included.

Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Learn and perform new duties with minimal guidance
• Assist with projects and respond to emergent repairs.
• Perform routine and non-routine duties independently
• Diagnose problems and suggest possible solutions
• Understand technical knowledge or skills not easily or quickly learned on the job
• Use power tools to complete tasks and projects
• Complete and/or assist withcarpentry projects
• Maintain inventory of supplies
• Give general assistance to supervisor
• Communicates effectively with client staff members
• Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
• Majority of time spent on various construction, drywall, and carpentry projects
• Working independently and in a team environment on internal construction projects of various size and scope
• Performs other duties as assigned

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m-3:00 PM, with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.
