The Facilities Shift Lead will be responsible for managing all maintenance engineers and technicians on their respective shift in the absence of the Shift Supervisor. This includes but not be limited to, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing of down equipment.
All Team Members will display a Four Diamond commitment to guest service through the delivery and maintenance of the Quality Standards established by Pechanga Resort Casino (PRC).
This position has supervisory responsibilities that include corrective actions, Team Member relation issues, and budgeting. The Team Member is responsible for protecting the assets of PRC.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Two (2) years’ experience in the operation and maintenance of a commercial facility; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three (3) years of supervisory experience is required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or Team Members of the Company.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and work with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
