You will empty trash, sweep, mop, disinfect restrooms, and assist with cafeteria cleaning throughout the day, ensuring high-touch surfaces are kept clean and that supplies are restocked as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial or school cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and replace trash liners throughout the school.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining the cafeteria before, during, and after meal periods.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces.
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.Report maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow all company safety policies and cleaning procedures.
• Perform other custodial duties as assigned.
