Job summary

W.C. Bradley Co. is seeking a clean and safety‑minded team member to help maintain a dust-free plan floor and equipment.

The role supports a zero-incident environment through audits, prompt cleanup, and 5-S adherence. You will respond to spills and aid in containment while ensuring the facility remains neat and safe. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, up to one year of warehouse cleaning experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience cleaning a warehouse or manufacturing facility preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to work around moving equipment and machinery, and in confined spaces.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
• Ability to perform essential job functions in accordance with ADA/FMLA and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the facilities and maintain a clean, dust-free environment.
• Respond to upset conditions to aid containment and cleanup.
• Conduct routine facility cleanliness walks and audits.
• Remove fugitive dust and spills; maintain safe work areas including aisles, trucks, and restrooms.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment such as broom, shovel, mop, pressure washer.
