Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months FA experience in Facility maintenance field required.
• Good communication skills – able to articulate events happening at the site clearly.
• Basic understanding of engineered building systems: HVAC, electrical distribution systems, fire alarm systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendors & contractors to maintain buildings and operations.
• Inspect buildings and grounds daily to identify safety issues.
• Perform light maintenance as needed, such as changing light bulbs.
