Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and custodial care of two community center sites in Harlem and the Lower East Side.
• Serve as on-site point of contact during visits from building management or regulatory agencies.
• Perform basic painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
