Job summary

A major amusement park located in Arlington, Texas is looking for an experienced maintenance professional to oversee a range of facility-related tasks. Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in maintenance disciplines such as mechanics, carpentry, plumbing, or electrical.
• Knowledge in Ride Controls, PLC, and other ride control-related items.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate various vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility-related maintenance, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, and landscaping.
• Responsible for execution, planning, project controls, budget, risk, and business management.
• Handle new capital construction, facilities, preventative maintenance, and rehabilitation projects.
