Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in a pharma/biotech manufacturing environment.
• Supervisory or managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment reliability for entire asset life cycle.
• Oversee development of metrology functions using CMMS.
• Prepare and manage calibration methods and techniques.
• Engage with site personnel to tackle equipment failures.
• Lead teams in solving problems and improving processes.
• Develop and maintain equipment standards for safety.
