Job summary

Fuyao Glass America Inc. Moraine, OH is seeking a Facility Maintenance Engineer to oversee reliable operation, preventive maintenance and project coordination for facility systems supporting production.

The role requires 3+ years in facility or industrial maintenance, a bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/facility engineering, and strong knowledge of HVAC, pumps, piping and safety standards. On-site work with overtime and collaboration with the System Engineering Department.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in facility/industrial maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Facility, or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Knowledge of HVAC, pumps/piping, compressed air and water/wastewater systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to facility equipment breakdowns with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct inspections, analyze performance, and develop preventive maintenance plans.
• Prepare spare-part specs, manage inventory and purchase requests.
• Support facility modification projects and track progress.
• Maintain grounds, cleaning, safety infrastructure and site utilities.
• Maintain records, work orders and KPI reports; analyze downtime for improvements.
