Xcimer Energy is looking for a Program Director for Site and Structures in Denver, CO. In this full-time role, you will guide the end-to-end development and delivery of facilities for the Vulcan laser system and fusion energy pilot plant. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience managing complex facility projects, with strong skills in budget management and contractor oversight. The position offers a salary range of $200,000 - $240,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage and equity options.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience managing complex facility development or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing large capital projects (> $300M) from concept through commissioning.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and change control processes effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of facilities and site infrastructure.
• Own the facility and site infrastructure project budget.
• Drive permitting strategy and utility coordination.
