Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or chemical engineering from ABET Accredited University.
• Three (3) years of practical application of mechanical facilities engineering (HVAC, hydronics, process piping, exhaust, plumbing).
• Engineer in Training (EIT) actively pursuing Professional Engineer (PE) License

Responsibilities

• Design and layout for wet and dry piping, equipment layout, HVAC, exhaust, fire suppression, and process chemical piping for tools.
• Produce construction documents for installation of complex manufacturing tools and core facility upgrades.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders in a fast-paced environment to establish design requirements.
• Provide design oversight for piping equipment, water/wastewater, process chemicals, and gases.
• Support during construction and integration into the factory, including RFIs and submittals on-site.
• Assist with retrofitting existing building systems to accommodate tool installation.
