Job summary

Velociti Services seeks a reliable Porter to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and upkeep of assigned facilities and surrounding grounds. You will perform routine cleaning, waste removal, material transport, and facility support tasks to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for occupants and visitors.

Responsibilities include cleaning entrances, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas; handling trash; restocking supplies; and reporting maintenance or safety concerns to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in porter/janitorial/facilities is preferred.
• Customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of building entrances, lobbies, and common areas.
• Collect, remove, and dispose of trash and recycling.
• Clean and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting.
• Monitor facility conditions and report concerns to management.
• Assist with furniture movement and event setup.
• Remove debris from grounds and exterior walkways.
• Respond to spills, emergencies, and service requests.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely.
• Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements.
