Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior cleaning or custodial experience is beneficial.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Keep all areas of the facility clean, including restrooms, break rooms, and public spaces.
• Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance checks to ensure a safe, functional environment.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment for events or meetings.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and reorder stock as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing needs.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols as directed.
