You will keep public areas clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff, performing a variety of cleaning tasks to uphold our high standards. The role involves physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and requires reliability for evening or weekend shifts when needed.

Training is provided, and weekly pay plus benefits are included. A high school diploma is preferred, and prior custodial experience is a plus though not

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize public restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas regularly.
• Perform daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events and meetings at facilities.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and alert management when reordering is necessary.
• Support minor maintenance tasks and report significant issues to maintenance team.
• Engage with guests and staff to provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
