Qualifications

• 6 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 4 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree.
• Equivalent to Bachelor's Degree may be used to meet minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Plans utilization of space and facilities for organizational efficiency, within available funds.
• Plans, directs and manages maintenance, facilities modification and building projects from concept to implementation.
• Ensures project requirements are defined, budgets established, and financial terms of contracts identified.
• Acts as primary contact for facilities and equipment maintenance, and leads project reviews of cost, schedule and performance.
• Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans, budgets and schedules.
• Identifies problems and develops solutions, such as reallocating resources or adjusting project scope.
• May coordinate the work of employees assigned to the project.
