Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of facilities maintenance experience or a bachelor's degree with 2 years experience, or a master's degree.
• Ability to transfer to or obtain and maintain final adjudicated government Top-Secret Clearance and any program accesses required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day scheduling of ~20 technicians across multiple trades using MAXIMO CMMS.
• Monitor incoming service requests, evaluate legitimacy, convert to work orders, and assign to trades.
• Communicate canceled service requests to customers.
• Advise management on status of work, material availability, and potential production problems.
