The Township of Pine is looking for a part-time Facilities & Park Attendant to help maintain cleanliness and safety in various community settings. You will work flexible hours to support event operations, perform routine cleaning, and assist with outdoor maintenance duties including landscaping.
The ideal candidate is dependable and safety-conscious, capable of working independently or within a team. A valid driver’s license is necessary, and prior experience in maintenance is preferred. The position offers benefits such as sick hours accrual and access to retirement savings.

The Facilities & Park Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the Township of Pine's Community Center, Municipal Building, and surrounding outdoor areas. This role supports event operations, performs routine cleaning and minor maintenance, and assists with park up‑keep and public works activities, including landscaping and lawn care.
Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, setting up and breaking down events, cleaning and sanitizing interior and exterior spaces, monitoring supplies, and identifying basic maintenance needs. During summer months, the position also supports groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and debris removal.
Ideal candidates are dependable, safety‑conscious, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions. A valid driver’s license is required, and prior maintenance or facilities experience is preferred.
