Job summary

ETS is seeking a skilled Painter to join our maintenance team in Barnard, Vermont. This in-person role focuses on painting interior and exterior surfaces across guest cottages and public spaces, with attention to prep and finishing quality.

You will work Monday to Friday on the 1st shift, collaborating with a maintenance crew to ensure durable finishes and safety compliance. Excellent benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional painting experience, preferably in commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of painting tools, materials, and surface preparation.
• Experience with specialty painting techniques is highly valued.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day as a Painter:

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces throughout guest cottages and common areas
