Job summary

TSP in Richardson, Texas is seeking a supplemental operator to monitor and operate building systems. The role offers 4 x 10hr or 5 x 8hr schedules, with potential 12-hr coverage as needed.

You will work with SCADA/remote paging, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure safe, reliable operations. Candidates should have a high school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience or an Associate's with 2 years, and be willing to handle after-hours call-ins.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience
• 2 years of experience with an Associate's degree
• Willingness to handle call-in situations after hours
• Ability to read, understand and update mechanical/electrical drawings
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain building systems via SCADA/remote paging with troubleshooting
• Perform daily inspections in potentially hazardous environments
• Execute scheduled and corrective maintenance following standard methods
• Maintain records of activities and equipment status
• Review and follow procedures and process diagrams
• Respond quickly to system issues and minimize downtime
