Androscoggin Bank, a local community leader and certified B-Corp, is seeking a Facilities Operations Supervisor to oversee the bank footprint of locations and manage long-term and short-term planning for maintenance, repairs, additions, and renovations of facilities and equipment.
You will partner with leaders and vendors to project manage major and minor projects, maintain vendor relationships, and serve as the primary contact for internal clients with inquiries or problems.

In this role, you would be responsible for long-term and short-term planning, organizing, and directing activities associated with maintenance, repair, additions, and renovation of the bank facilities and commercial equipment. You Will partner with the appropriate leaders and vendors to effectively project manage (plan, monitor, review and implement) major and minor projects and capital additions to facilities and grounds. In addition, you would be the primary department contact for internal clients who have inquiries or problems.

This position has an intended hiring range of $60,000-$90,000 a year depending on skills, experience, and other qualifications.
