The Facilities Operations Specialist is a high-accountability, mid-senior level role responsible for driving work order management, parts procurement support, backend system optimization, and strict vendor contract compliance. This role operates within a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment where smooth maintenance dispatch and parts availability directly impact production output. We are seeking an established external coordinator who can bring proven data, tracking, and inventory coordination practices to our site. This is an administrative and operational ownership role with limited learning curve. Internal applicants or candidates lacking direct, multi-year external manufacturing facilities experience will be immediately disqualified. This position will be situated onsite in New Haven, CT full-time reporting into the Facilities Manager.
