Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Three years of personnel management and leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience in industrial, commercial or academic custodial operations or building maintenance.
• Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered.
• All qualifications must be met by the time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Set standardized cleaning and service expectations and promote a positive team environment.
• Oversee direct reports in daily staffing, planning and coordination of operations staff.
• Implement changes to meet department goals, safety protocols, and event setups.
• Meet with building supervisors, vendors, and staff on a regular basis.
• Coordinate scheduling for special events and campus activities.
• Inspect areas and equipment to ensure cleaning standards are met and provide feedback.
