Job Overview

The Facilities Operations Manager is responsible for the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of facilities at the Campbell site, managing staff, contractors, and implementing maintenance programs using CMMS to ensure optimal performance and compliance.

Responsibilities

1. Manage all aspects of Facilities Operations, supervise technicians and contractors, and oversee critical systems such as DI Water, chillers, boilers, HVAC, and more.
2. Handle building space planning and relocations.
3. Utilize CMMS for preventative and predictive maintenance.
4. Achieve Facilities KPIs: Safety, Environmental Impact, Production Interruptions, and Cost Targets.
5. Support EHS reporting and ensure compliance with environmental permits.
6. Lead daily operations meetings and coordinate tasks across teams.
7. Evaluate performance of team members and contractors.
8. Coordinate impacts with Lab Operations.
9. Share best practices within the Site Services team.
10. Apply Lean principles for continuous improvement.
11. Support asset management and Capex planning.
12. Manage security teams and monitor industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Facilities Management or Engineering.
• 8+ years in facilities operations, engineering, manufacturing, or maintenance.
• Strong analytical, project management, supervisory, and communication skills.
• Experience with CMMS and semiconductor facilities preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• DI Water System knowledge is a plus.
