  • Maintains records, approves time cards, and reviews work orders per college policies.
  • Coordinates with Central Facilities on campus projects and budgetary planning.
  • Assists with hiring, training, and mentorship of staff; ensures safety and proper operating methods.
  • Responds to emergencies, sets priorities, and serves as on-call supervisor as needed.
  • Communicates with faculty and administration to support programs and campus operations.
