Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Facilities Operations Associate to support the Maintenance Department overseeing more than 600,000 square feet of office space. This on-site, hands-on role performs cleaning, moves furniture and boxes, minor repairs, and basic equipment maintenance under the Facilities Manager.

The position requires 4–6 years of commercial or office maintenance experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Strong safety awareness related to working around people or equipment.
• Ability to present information clearly, verbally and in writing.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills are preferred.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong leadership to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance tasks: supply bins, move boxes, install furniture.
• Complete daily routines: clean pantries, empty trash, sweep/mop, check restrooms, log maintenance activities.
• Maintain assigned floors and rooms, keeping areas neat and clean.
• Process daily work orders; communicate with Dispatch every 30 minutes.
• Use and care for tools/equipment; track inventory of supplies.
• Perform minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
• Assist with conference room setups and equipment.
• Escort external contractors to ensure timely repairs.
• May require weekends/overtime as needed.
