You will coordinate office logistics, manage supplies, partner with vendors and building management, support onboarding/offboarding with HR/IT, and handle light facilities tasks, all while communicating professionally and juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Office Coordinator is responsible for keeping day-to-day office operations running smoothly and ensuring a welcoming, organized, and well-maintained experience for employees and visitors. This role supports administrative needs across teams, coordinates office services and vendors, and helps maintain a productive, well-stocked, and efficient workplace. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with professionalism and a customer-service mindset.
The ideal candidate is also comfortable handling light facilities tasks such as minor repairs, furniture assembly, and general upkeep to keep the office in great shape. Basic computer proficiency is required, including the ability to place supply orders online, communicate via email, and navigate standard office software.
