Qualifications

• Must have minimum of two (2) years’ experience in HVAC and building maintenance.
• Universal Technician Certification as designated by EPA regulations is required.
• Must have valid state driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Start, operate, repair and maintain various types of HVAC and building systems.
• Perform major repairs and replacements of mechanical plant equipment.
• Install, repair and calibrate equipment controls for temperature and humidity.
