Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a facilities-focused leader to manage external vendors, optimize operating obstacles, and handle regional financials for maintenance and capital projects. You will interact with municipalities and collaborate across departments to align with the company vision.

Strong supervisory and project-management skills are required, plus travel up to 40%. Applicants should have a college or trade school background, 5–8 years in facility management, and certifications like

• 5-8 years of facility, property management and/or mechanical service.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Organized with good communication, autonomy and attention to detail.
• Financial analysis; ability to read and understand P&L.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% with valid driver's license.

THE OPPORTUNITY

WHAT YOU’LL DO

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• College or trade school
• 5-8 years of Facility, property management and or mechanical service related
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• Project management certificate, CRFP certification,
• Organized, good communication, computer skills and detail orientated. Need to be able to work autonomously and direct subordinates
• Financial analysis / able to read and understand P&L
• Ability to travel up to 40%, have valid driver’s license.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $83,000.00–$114,500.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
