• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and ability to apply requirements to daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose facility issues.
• Oversee building projects and maintenance across systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, infrastructure).
• Manage all preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate facility activity with Director of Operations and Program Director.
• Guide upkeep decisions and vendor oversight.
• Develop and maintain written emergency procedures.
• Respond to calls on a 24-7 basis.
• Evaluate facility conditions and identify potential issues and projects.
• Ensure facilities meet regulations and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
