They are working with a NYC-based transportation company and are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager with strong HVAC expertise to lead a dedicated team delivering 24/7 facilities and maintenance services across critical sites in NYC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and preventative maintenance of HVAC systems and related infrastructure.
• Manage and support a team of technicians and contractors across rotating shifts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Coordinate emergency response and maintain uptime for mission-critical facilities.
• Work closely with senior leadership and other departments to align facilities operations with business continuity needs.

Requirements:
