Supervises: Maintenance Technicians, Custodial Staff, Seasonal Maintenance Personnel, Outside Contractors and Vendors

The Facilities & Maintenance Manager is responsible for the maintenance, operation, repair, safety, and overall appearance of all Pine Lake Country Club facilities. This position ensures that all buildings, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained in a matter that reflects the high standards expected by the membership.
The Facilities & Maintenance Manager oversees preventative maintenance programs, manages maintenance personnel, coordinates contractors, develops annual operating and capital budgets, and works closely with department heads to ensure all club facilities remain safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
This position serves as the club's primary facilities professional and plays a key role in long‑range capital planning and project management.
