Job summary

Third Street Family Health Services is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations. You will manage work orders, maintenance, and vendor relationships while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and regulatory readiness.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree (or equivalent) in facilities management or related field, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and experience supervising staff.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day facilities operations across multiple locations, including work orders, repairs, maintenance, inspections, facility rounds, and vendor services.
  • Coordinate Environment of Care activities, preventive maintenance, fire and life safety requirements, inspections, and corrective actions.
  • Lead Environmental Services operations by supervising staff, coordinating schedules, monitoring cleanliness and quality, and ensuring appropriate cleaning and disinfection standards.
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers while maintaining relationships and follow-through on facility needs.
  • Oversee organizational fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, inspections, registrations, records, compliance, and service schedules.
  • Coordinate purchasing and inventory activities for facilities and assigned supplies, including obtaining quotes and managing vendors.
  • Supervise, coach, and support assigned staff; identify operational issues and escalate when needed.

  • Experience supervising staff and coordinating vendors or contractors.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple locations.
  • Valid driver's license.
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Healthcare, FQHC, or regulated-environment experience.
  • Experience with Environment of Care, regulatory compliance, fleet operations, purchasing, or inventory management.
