• Manage all managerial aspects of the Maintenance Department.
• Prepare, understand and administer all Facilities Department operating and capital budgets.
• Recommend changes on property to reduce injuries and comply with state codes, fire codes and OSHA.
• Comply with all regulatory rules and safety guidelines.
• Use guest service skills per Wild Rose Casino & Hotel policies and procedures.
• Other duties assigned.

Job description

Position Summary: The Facilities Manager is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests. In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture. Essential Functions: The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are:

• Responsible for all managerial aspect of the Maintenance Department

• Complies with all Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations and adheres to all safety guidelines
• Use guest service skills as outlined in Wild Rose Casino & Hotel policies and procedures
• Other duties assigned
