Coordinate third-party vendors and contractors to ensure work quality, timely completion, safety, and contract compliance.

Monitor vendor performance against service expectations, SLAs, and established quality standards.

Conduct vendor inspections and quality-assurance reviews, identifying opportunities for improved performance and cost efficiency.

Coordinate maintenance projects, workplace enhancements, repairs, and capital-improvement activities.
