Qualifications

• At least 2 years of general experience in building trades, repair, maintenance or handyman work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained.
• Maintain common areas in a clean, aesthetically appealing, and disinfected condition.
• Routinely walk floors to identify problems and report back to supervisors.
• Follow all safety precautions while performing work.
• Maintain a working relationship with building staff.
• Perform painting of common areas and inspect areas that need paint.
• Complete daily work orders as scheduled.
• Carry out minor maintenance replacements and repairs.
